Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a training specialist to design and deliver targeted training programs for specific Lines of Business and to manage end-to-end new hire training. You will coordinate refresher trainings with efficacy mapping and track post-training results to drive improvements.

You will also lead floor training based on TNI, manage PKTs and knowledge assessments, and collaborate with TLs, RM and Operations to identify process gaps and implement calibration sessions as needed in a 24x7

Responsibilities

• Create training and development programs/plans for specific LOB
• Responsible for New hire training (end to end)
• Coordination for refresher training bases TNI's. Refresher training with efficacy mapping
• Track and improve post training effectiveness
• Responsible for Floor training based on TNI (end to end)
• Manage PKTs & all Knowledge assessments
• Consult with TL's/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives
• Participate in calibration session within the team and with Quality / Operations when required
• Closely work with Operations and get their input/feedback as to where are the shortcomings in the process
