Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited in Hyderabad seeks an experienced training lead to design, deliver, and monitor process-specific training. You will train new hires, conduct refresher sessions, review materials, and generate actionable reports, ensuring calibration and consistency across learning programs.

The role requires strong communication in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and a hands-on approach to on-site learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• 1. Communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Telugu
• 2. Based in Hyderabad with a strict work-from-office model
• 3. Instruct new hires and conduct process-specific training
• 4. Conduct refresher and corrective trainings
• 5. Implement the training curriculum successfully and timely
• 6. Achieve desirable training output
• 7. Develop training content
• 8. Review and revise existing training materials as per instructional design
• 9. Create classroom agenda, timelines and content flow for effective delivery
• 10. Monitor progress of new hires during OJT days post classroom
• 11. Monitor calls and provide agent feedback on the floor
• 12. Perform TNA & TNI for on-floor agents
• 13. Conduct timely assessments and refresher training as required
• 14. Evaluate calls via Remote/Side-by-side for new hires post training
• 15. Interact effectively with clients
• 16. Generate training reports
• 17. Provide structured feedback
• 18. Hold calibration sessions to standardize learning systems
• 19. Consult teams to achieve classroom innovation
• 20. Contribute to building an excellent training delivery team
• 21. People management / development
• 22. Strong analytical skills
• 23. Maintain and update SOPs quarterly
• 24. Work well under pressure in unstructured environments
• 25. Manage retention & attrition during training
