Job summary

TP in Indore is seeking a Process Trainer to lead training initiatives for BFSI processes, with experience in international BPO environments. The role requires graduation and hands-on experience in Fraud Operations, payment processes, and risk/compliance domains.

The trainer will develop content, conduct assessments, and drive coaching to ensure learners are ready for operations, with 5-day work weeks and rotational shifts. Indore-based position with flexible support for global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment.
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in Fraud Operations, Credit Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Detection, Chargebacks & Disputes, Risk & Compliance Operations, or Payment Processing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs.
• Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions.
• Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners.

• Shifts: Rotational Shift (Flexible to support Mexico & Brazil operations)
• Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs
• Location - Indore
• Education - Graduation (Minimum)

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment.
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following:

• Chargebacks & Disputes

• Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments.
