Job summary

TP is seeking an experienced AM - Training in Indore to lead learning and development initiatives across our BFSI contact operations. • Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Learning & Development.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing a training team within an International BPO environment.
• Strong BFSI experience with exposure to: Fraud Operations, Credit Card Services, Chargebacks & Disputes, Risk & Compliance, Financial Services Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning & development initiatives with a focus on the BFSI domain in an International BPO setting.
• Design and execute training programs for Fraud Operations, Credit Card Services, Disputes, Risk & Compliance and related financial services processes.
