Job summary

TP in Indore is hiring a Process Trainer for BFSI Fraud operations. You will deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs, with 5 days a week and Rotational Shifts.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO and at least 1 year exposure to BFSI processes, with strong domain knowledge in Fraud Operations, Credit Card Services, or related areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO.
• Exposure to BFSI processes is desirable.
