Job summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to handle training and development for the B2C sales/voice process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training, voice processes, and key business performance metrics.

Role involves conducting process, product, sales, and refresher trainings, identifying gaps, coaching teams, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process/Sales Training.
• Mandatory experience in a Voice Process.
• Strong B2C Sales experience.
• Hands-on experience with Throughput, PTK, and MKT.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage and train a large team.
• Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
