Job summary

Krazy Bee Services in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Process Trainer to lead a 15-day onboarding and process training for our voice processes in the Fintech domain. You will equip new hires with domain knowledge, customer handling skills, and compliance rules.

You will deliver targeted training on digital payments, lending, wallets, and regulatory concepts, coach on communication, and assess performance through quizzes and mock calls, with a focus on high certification rates.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years training experience in Fintech or BFSI voice process.
• Strong command of English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage a strict 15-day training timeline.
• Knowledge of customer service metrics and call monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Training: Conduct the 15-day onboarding and process training for voice agents.

• Assess Performance: Run daily quizzes, mock calls, and final throughput assessments.

Required Skills

• Fintech Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years training experience in a Fintech or BFSI voice process.
• Voice Expertise: Strong command over English and Hindi
• Training Methodologies: Proven ability to manage a strict 15-day training timeline effectively.
• Soft Skills: Deep understanding of customer service metrics (CSAT, FCR) and call monitoring.

• Graduation in any stream (Commerce or Finance background is a plus)
