Job summary

Globiva in Kolkata (Salt Lake Sector V) is hiring an experienced Process Trainer to onboard new hires and uplift training standards. You will design modules, SOPs, and process documents, and lead product and process training sessions.

You will monitor trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, calls audits, and live simulations, provide feedback, and collaborate with operations and quality teams to close training gaps and reduce attrition.

• Conduct product and process training for new hired batches
• Create training modules, SOPs, and process documents
• Monitor trainee progress through assessment, Quiz and calls audit
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and design targeted,improvement plans
• Own the training of product and process for new hires.
• Conduct audits and provide comprehensive feedback.
• Monitor trainee progress through assessment, calls audit, and live simulations
• Identify training gaps or engagement issue that may contribute to early attrition and address them
• Soft Skills and Communication Training
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and design targeted improvement plans

Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Trainer Sales experience is mandatory
