Job summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Process Trainer FOS to deliver sales, product and process training to Field Sales teams across locations.

The role focuses on induction, refresher, and upskilling programs with PKT and MKT training, and evaluation using Kirkpatrick and ADDIE. Travel of 15–20 days is required. Marathi language proficiency is mandatory and strong B2C sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer / Sales Trainer.
• Strong B2C Sales experience.
• Experience in Outbound Sales Training.
• Hands-on PKT (Product Knowledge Training) and MKT.
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model and ADDIE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable with 15–20 days of travel.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
