Job summary

Globiva, a fast-growing BPM company based in Bengaluru, seeks a Trainer to support sales domain training. The role requires experience in process training, leading a team, and strong English/Hindi communication.

The position is located in Bangalore with knowledge of KRA/KPI and e-commerce processes considered advantageous. BPO background is mandatory and the candidate should be able to handle multiple trainings independently.

Qualifications

• 4+ years overall experience with 2 years in process training.
• BPO experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire induction and process training, delivery product, process soft skill training.
• Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching, identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.

Should hold an experience for sales domain

Should be aware about the KRA's and KPI's of Trainer.

Experience of handling a team of under them.

Experience of an e-commerce process will be an added advantage.

BPO experience is mandate.

Overall,

4years of experience 2 Year in process trainer.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
