Job summary

Globiva in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our BPO team in Somajiguda. You will train and motivate sales executives to achieve business targets, with strong knowledge of sales processes and communications.

You will deliver product, process, sales and soft-skills training, develop and update modules and learning materials, run role plays and assessments, and track training impact for continuous improvement. Immediate joiners preferred; onsite work from Somajiguda office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO/Call Centre.
• Strong understanding of telesales/outbound sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and induction programs for new and existing sales employees.
• Deliver product, process, sales, and soft-skills training.
• Develop and update training modules, presentations, and learning materials.
• Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support improvement in sales performance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training requirements are met.
• Track and maintain training-related reports and MIS.
• Conduct refresher training and upskilling sessions as required.
