Job summary

Worklooms Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Trainer Telesales to deliver process, product, compliance, and sales training for new hires. You will develop content, SOPs, and FAQs, and conduct refresher sessions to ensure quality standards are met.

Additionally, you will monitor trainee performance through assessments and certifications, collaborating with Operations, Quality and Business teams to identify training needs and maintain comprehensive training records.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in Telesales, Insurance, BFSI, or Contact Center operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in content development and stakeholder management will be an added advantage
