Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai-based freight forwarding and customs clearance, seeks a Process & Systems Expert to drive ERP re-implementation and automation. You will own technology, map processes end-to-end, and build digital layers under SOPs and workflows.

The role requires 3–6 years in ERP implementation, with hands-on logistics ERP experience and strong Google Sheets skills. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP re-implementation: configuration, data migration, training, go-live.

• Upgrade inquiry management with SLA tracking and workload metrics.
• Automate reports by linking to ERP data and streamline processes.
• Evaluate ICEGATE and customs integration options.
• Train and manage change for a 26-person team.

We are Infinity Logistics & Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based freight forwarding and customs clearance company (WCA Member ID: 67018) with operations across sea and air import/export verticals. We also operate Dana Logistics with a presence in Dubai.

We wish to engage your services for the following position:

Position: Process & Systems Expert - ERP Implementation & Process Automation

Reporting to: Managing Director (direct)

Experience: 3-6 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

This role owns the technology and systems infrastructure for the company. The primary mandate is driving the re-implementation of our ERP (Logisys), and building the digital layer underneath our SOPs, dashboards, and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Logisys ERP re-implementation - module configuration, data migration, user training, go-live management across all our Lines of Business.
• SOP digitisation - embedding existing SOPs into system-enforced checklists and workflows
• Operational dashboard development - building a single-screen view of shipments, tasks, receivables, and KPIs
• Inquiry management system upgrade - automated SLA tracking, workload distribution, conversion metrics
• DSR and reporting automation - reducing manual data entry by connecting reports to ERP data
• ICEGATE and customs integration evaluation
• User training and change management for a 26-person team

Candidate profile:

• B.Tech / B.E. (IT, CS, or Industrial Engineering) OR MBA with Operations / Systems specialisation
• 3-6 years in ERP implementation, process engineering, or business systems
• Hands-on experience with logistics ERP (Logisys, CargoWise, Logi-Sys by Softlink, Ramco) strongly preferred. SAP / Oracle in logistics modules also considered.
• Strong Google Workspace skills - especially Sheets (advanced formulas, Apps Script, pivot tables)
• Ability to map business processes end-to-end and configure systems accordingly
• Experience training non-technical users on ERP systems

Critical traits: systems thinker (not just a tool operator), patient trainer, obsessed with user adoption over deployment, comfortable being the sole systems function in a 26-person company, pragmatic over perfect.
