Riddhi Corporate Services in Ahmedabad is seeking a Recruitment Leader to drive end-to-end hiring for dark store and warehouse operations across multiple locations.

You will develop manpower strategies, lead in-house recruiters and field teams, track KPIs, and ensure timely onboarding and payroll familiarity.

Qualificações

• Experience in bulk/volume recruitment for blue-collar roles.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and field recruiters.
• Familiarity with payroll components and wage structures.
• Ability to hire across multiple locations under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for dark store and warehouse operations across assigned locations.
• Develop manpower hiring strategies to achieve business targets within defined timelines.
• Ensure timely closure of frontline positions (pickers, packers, riders, loaders, supervisors, warehouse associates).
• Hire, train, and manage in-house recruiters and field hiring teams.
• Set hiring targets and monitor recruiter productivity and recruitment performance.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per operational requirements.
• Track onboarding, joining ratios, recruitment turnaround time, attrition, and replacements.
• Coordinate with business and operations teams to forecast manpower and prioritise critical vacancies.
• Develop sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, local drives, and field recruitment.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports.
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and coordination with HR and operations teams.
• Maintain understanding of payroll processing, salary breakups, and wage structures.

• Develop and execute manpower hiring strategies to achieve business hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Ensure timely closure of frontline positions, including pickers, packers, delivery riders, loaders, supervisors, and warehouse associates.
• Hire, train, and manage in-house recruiters and field hiring teams.
• Set hiring targets and monitor daily recruiter productivity and overall recruitment performance.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per operational requirements.
• Track onboarding, joining ratios, recruitment turnaround time, attrition, and replacement hiring.
• Coordinate with business and operations teams to forecast manpower requirements and prioritise critical vacancies.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, employee referrals, local hiring drives, and field recruitment.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and regular performance reports.
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and coordination with HR and operations teams.
• Maintain a sound understanding of payroll processing, salary breakups, and applicable wage structures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and blue-collar recruitment.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment teams, field recruiters, and hiring operations.
• Good understanding of dark store, warehouse, logistics, quick-commerce, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and achieve hiring targets within tight timelines.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, salary components, wage structures, and statutory deductions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.
