The candidate should have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail. Work is full-time with a 5-day week in the Ahmedabad area.

Qualifications

Experience in Inbound and Outbound calls for US based Customers or Patients

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience:
