AM Infoweb is hiring a Case Processing Executive in Pune for a voice process role. You will mediate between insurance companies, law firms and hospitals, and follow up on medical reports for discharged patients.

The role requires excellent English communication, experience in international voice, and willingness to work night shifts. WFH is not permitted; Saturday/Sunday offs are not mentioned, but fixed shifts apply.

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
• Follow up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the respective medical institutions.
• Ensure that medical facility reports are obtained within the time frame specified by the client.
• Coordinate effectively with healthcare institutions and maintain accurate communication records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Only people with experience in international voice are eligible.
• Work From Home (WFH) is not appreciated.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Freshers are not eligible.
