Job summary

Highly Electrical Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Process Executive for our manufacturing plant.

The role focuses on overseeing assembly line processes, maintaining jigs and fixtures, and developing local vendors for tooling. You will also lead new model trials and mass production while optimizing productivity and reducing scrap. The ideal candidate has a BE in Mechanical, 2+ years of experience, and strong skills in MIG/TIG/SPOT welding, 2D/3D modeling, and drawing

Qualifications

• BE - Mechanical with 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in welding, sheet metal, and assembly line processes.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D modeling and drawing interpretation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Solid Edge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly line process section.
• Maintain jigs, fixtures and spares; prepare SOPs, PFMEA, MCS, QMR.
• Develop local vendors for jigs and fixtures.
• Lead new model development and mass production trials.
• Optimize productivity and reduce scrap.
• Improve welding process parameters and cycle times.
• Ensure process documentation is up to date.
• Prepare drawings of new parts, jigs and fixtures.
• Monitor machine status to ensure smooth operation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Process Executive to join our Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Assembly line process section.
• Maintain jigs, fixtures and its spares and prepare various process documents such as SOP, PFMEA, MCS,QMR.
• Develop local vender for jigs and fixtures and auxiliary materials.
• New Model Development, trial conducts and put in mass production.
• Optimizing the productivity, work with CFT for reduction in scrap.
• Process optimization and Improve process capability of welding process.
• Maintaining Process documentation.
• Handling jigs & fixtures.
• Prepare drawing of new parts, jig and fixture.
• Ensure machine running smoothly.
• New model trial and its mass production.
• Welding process parameters optimization and cycle time reduction.
• Auxiliary Material development.
• Process documentation finished on time.
• Before starting new model, all jigs and fixtures were prepared before target date.
• Frequently check machine status during routine plan.
• Reduce Process time.
• Make smooth and easy way with higher efficiency and quality.
• To improve the production efficiency.
• Reduce scraps from the line.
• Ensure that making production is smooth with good quality, properly method adopted.
• 2D and 3D modeling software awareness. Prepare drawing of jig and fixtures in solid edge and AutoCAD

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of drawing interpretation.
• Good knowledge for welding such as MIG, TIG and SPOT Welding.
• Should know 2D & 3D modeling drawing.
• Before worked with automobile industry in weld shop or Sheet metal shop is a plus.
