Position Summary
The Process Excellence Delivery Manager will oversee and implement transformation initiatives to drive continual improvement within GSI. This role will ensure process, system and behavior improvement opportunities are identified, enhanced, and managed to meet the internal and external customer’s business requirements.
The position requires a deep understanding of Insurance Operations (Underwriting, Claims, Finance & Risk), their customer and business requirements, and how to efficiently embed and deploy lean transformation methodology at a senior‑leadership and frontline staff level to deliver sustainable results. The individual will partner closely with stakeholders to drive effective execution and will play a pivotal role in executing the strategy as directed by the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer and Service Delivery Head of Global Insurance Operations at GSI.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Work closely with the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer & Service Delivery Head of Global Insurance Operations at GSI.
- Develop a transformation roadmap to meet the desired outcomes of GSI.
- Lead the execution of the transformation roadmap with specific responsibility for initiatives and continuous improvement practices and routines.
- Guide current‑state and future‑state standard work design, implementation plan, and prioritization of changes in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts.
- Analyze customer & business requirements through voice‑of‑customer meetings; evaluate current processes and systems; and conduct data collection and review.
- Conduct detailed root‑cause analysis and facilitate sessions using lean problem‑solving techniques (e.g., Fishbone analysis) to communicate business‑critical issues.
- Use standard Lean/Problem‑Solving tools to develop insight, solutions and drive consistent use of Lean standards in delivering agreed‑upon outcomes.
- Implement identified improvements (e.g., process, tools, artifact enhancements, and performance transparency) that create the greatest value for an efficient end‑to‑end process as defined by the Deputy CTO and business/functional units.
- Work with business to ensure support structures are in place to enable timely task completion and align the right people to the right tasks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for effective and timely issue resolution.
- Coach senior leaders to act as sponsors and coach leaders at all levels on continuous improvement practices and performance standards.
- Embed routines/behaviors that promote timely completion of activities and ongoing continuous improvement efforts.

Education and Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader with demonstrated success in leading end‑to‑end transformational changes
- Experience in insurance industries and operational management practices
- Self‑motivated, proactive, autonomous, results‑oriented with ability to lead multiple complex initiatives (short, mid, and long‑term) with impact
- Proven track record of developing and implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and measure performance
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in challenging situations
- Ability to build a strong network of relationships across the company, quickly building credibility and gaining the trust of colleagues
- A change agent, excellent at managing change at both organizational and individual levels
- Superior oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail presenting to senior leaders
- Deep knowledge and application of change management principles, practices, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in project and program management

- Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s preferred (work experience may substitute)
- Professional Lean Certification (plus)
