We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Strategic Consulting to join our Global Process & Service Excellence / Transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives across Operations and Corporate Functions, creating meaningful impact for the business.

What will you do?

As part of the global transformation team, you will:

• Own and lead multiple workstreams across business process re-engineering initiatives
• Independently engage with process owners and senior operations leaders to drive problem-solving discussions
• Conduct current state assessments and design target operating models
• Identify process pain points, quantify business impact, and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Design solutions backed by cost–benefit analysis and strong business cases
• Create crisp, impactful stakeholder deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Contribute to practice-building initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team development
• Coach and mentor junior consultants

What are we looking for?

• 10-12 years of total work experience
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance industry and/or consulting firms

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
• Exposure to digital transformation in the insurance domain is a strong plus
• Education from a Tier 1/2 institute, preferably an MBA

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders
