Job summary

Profile Hr Consultants in Mumbai seeks an Electrical engineer to troubleshoot defects on the assembly line using RCA and LCA, and to develop jigs, fixtures, tooling and gauges for continuous improvement.

You will apply problem-solving techniques to rectify defects and ensure process quality, with emphasis on applying Statistical Process Control, DoE and process validation as part of daily production support.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot defects on assembly lines using RCA & LCA.
• Apply SPC, DoE and process validation techniques.
• Develop jigs, fixtures, tooling and gauges for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot/diagnose defects on the assembly line using RCA/LCA.
• Develop jigs, fixtures, tooling and gauges to improve workflows.
