Job summary

Polymed in India (Haridwar) seeks an experienced Assembly Line Manager to oversee production line operations and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

You will coordinate manpower, monitor processes, perform red bin analysis to reduce defects, ensure GMP compliance, and manage shift handovers for smooth transitions. 3-6 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Assembly Line Management.
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization (preferably from a recognized institution).
• Strong understanding of Assembly Production, Shop Floor Management, Manpower Handling, Production Assembly, Red Bin Analysis, GMP regulations.
