Job summary

Duroply Industries Limited in Rajkot, Gujarat, seeks a skilled Production Coordination professional to oversee cross‑functional operations, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and a robust MIS on costing. You will liaise with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch to keep production on track.

Responsibilities include monitoring production entries, maintaining process records, and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or Operations Management.
• 6–8 years of experience in Production Coordination / Process Coordination / Operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; knowledge of production processes; MS Excel, ERP/SAP and reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure smooth workflow and on time production updates.
• Maintain process records, MIS reports, production reports and coordination sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with departments for pending issues and escalate critical operational issues to management.

Job description

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and monitor all operational processes across departments to ensure timely communication, proper documentation, and maintain MIS on Costing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Coordination

• Coordinate between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure smooth workflow and on time.
• Monitor daily production activities and update management regularly.
• Follow up on pending activities and resolve coordination gaps.

2. Production Monitoring

• Ensure all production entries and reports are updated on time.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain process records, MIS reports, production reports, and coordination sheets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.

4. Communication & Follow-up

• Conduct regular follow-ups with departments for pending issues.
• Escalate critical operational issues to management.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

5. Inventory & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for material availability.
• Monitor RM shortages and communicate requirements timely.
