Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
• Track production progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement teams to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintain and update production planning data, ERP / MRP systems, and MIS reports.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), inventory levels, and capacity utilization.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Support dispatch planning to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Participate in production review meetings and provide planning status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and delivery performance.
