Job summary

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited is seeking a policy administration professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance policies, including intake, verification, data entry, modifications, and timely policy issuance.

You will coordinate claims information, support regulatory compliance, identify workflow bottlenecks, and drive process improvements through automation and data analytics while organizing databases for regular performance metrics and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Policy Administration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance policies, including intake, verification, data entry, modifications, and timely policy issuance.
• Claims Support: Coordinate with claims handlers and legal teams, directing information for claimants and assisting in workflow tracking to ensure rapid resolution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to local and international insurance regulations, company frameworks, and internal data auditing protocols.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks, leverage automation/data analytics, and propose upgrades to existing operating procedures to lower costs and boost productivity.
• Data Management & Reporting: Organize, update, and manage vast databases to compile regular performance metrics and operational reports for executive stakeholders
