Job summary

Amazon Seller Services Private Limited in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Operations Associate to manage daily shift activities, coordinate with vendors and warehouses, and track material movement. You will handle COUPA entries, stock checks, and MIS reporting while mentoring the on-floor team to uphold productivity and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in data analytics and metrics-driven problem identification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of shift and on-floor operations guiding the Ops team.
• Planning and scheduling supplies with vendors; coordinating with external warehouse and procurement for shipping to receive centre.
• Material movement tracking; GST invoice/STN creation; MIS preparation.
• Receiving goods at site and entry in COUPA inventory module; cycle count in COUPA.
• Managing and scanning totes and foldable containers; ensuring compliance and sharing MIS with teams.
• Mentoring associates on productivity, quality and safety.
