Your key responsibilities

• Support the engagement leader on a Business Modelling assignment, interacting with clients, executing model development/review, writing the model review report, and getting a review done by the manager/partner.
• Frame the right questions to obtain information from the client for builds and reviews.
• Analyze Business plans prepared in MS Excel and identify material issues that may impact model outputs.
• Prepare a detailed financial model from scratch within strict deadlines.
• Apply strong knowledge of Integrated financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, financial/operating ratios and KPIs used for analysis, and understand differences between transaction, bid and operating models.
• Use VBA with Excel – Macros, User forms, Add-ins, etc.
• Deliver bespoke trainings on Financial Modelling and Valuation to corporate organization and finance professionals.
• Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes for the work team.
• Execute work for multiple clients, assuming near independent responsibility for smaller clients.
• Develop rapport with middle layers of client management.
• Exhibit strong communication skills – verbal and written (report writing, email writing, etc).
• Manage multiple projects and team/client expectations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities.
• Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate them to the manager.
• Network internally within the peer group and other levels of the firm to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients.
