Job summary

Mphasis Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage a project for a client, with a strong focus on technology, administration and migration. The role entails coordinating a team of coordinators, managing packaging requests, and ensuring daily updates and timely client communication.

Responsibilities include leading UAT coordination with clients, coordinating deployment to production after sign-off, creating SOPs/KB articles, and maintaining SharePoint task tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 Years’ Experience in Project coordination or Project support.
• Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management.
• Manage the app packaging requests through its entire lifecycle.
• Lead a team of 10 coordinators; prior experience as team lead preferred.
• Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA.
• Build relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.
• UAT will be followed up with client for sign off, if user faces issue while testing same will be coordinated between & Packager.
• After UAT Sign off from business, coordinate with deployment team to deploy the package into prod environment.
• Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.
• Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.
• Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.
• Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process.
• Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.
• Good to have Minimum 2 years’ Experience in APPV Management console (virtualized application) for Physical & Virtual environments.
