Truww, headquartered in Bengaluru, is expanding its Sarjapur Road Experience Center and seeks a Principal Designer to lead mid to high segment residential projects. You will guide design direction, coordinate finishes, and present options to clients with a strong focus on aesthetics and functionality.

Role requires coordinating with the design team, delivering high-quality 3D renders, and ensuring projects align with budget and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential design focusing on mid to high segment spaces.
• Strong eye for finishes, materials, and space planning.
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate into design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-design services including finishes demonstrations and design options.
• Prepare quotations for clients using company software.
• Develop 3D designs and renders for client presentations with the 3D Modeler.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting budget and design criteria.
• Adhere to company policies to ensure a smooth customer experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Designer for our Sarjapur Road Experience Center. You will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options.
• Provide quotations to customers using our software.
• Work on multiple projects ensuring you meet customer's expectations in terms of budget & design aesthetics.
• Adhere to company policies that ensure smooth customer experience.
• Prepare and share 3D Designs and renders with clients, working along with 3D Modeler.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in residential designing.
• Min. 3 Years of exp. In modular industry.

Required Skills

• Sketchup + Vray/ Enscape.
• Clear understanding of capturing the client’s expectations from the space.
• Client handling is a must-have requirement.
• Excellent knowledge of materials/ finishes.
• Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
