Truww is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead end-to-end home interiors projects in Bengaluru. You will develop space plans, create detailed interior concepts, and oversee FF&E specifications to match client visions and project requirements.

You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, review construction drawings, and mentor junior designers while ensuring timelines and budgets are met, delivering a high-quality client experience on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer – Home Interiors will lead end-to-end design projects, from initial client consultations to final execution, ensuring that every home reflects the client’s vision and Truww’s quality standards. Responsibilities include developing space plans, creating detailed interior concepts, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing FF&E specifications in alignment with project requirements. The role involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring on-site work to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, maintain project timelines and budgets, and ensure a seamless client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with a focus on residential and home interiors.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics in various home layouts.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed layouts and technical documentation.
• Capability in FF&E selection and specification, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment tailored to project needs.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant experience in home interiors.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and strong visual presentation skills.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead design discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with site teams, and ensure timely and high-quality execution.
