Qualifications

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors, ensuring project timelines are met, and guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.

Project Management

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.
• Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to ensure seamless project flow.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.

Coordination And Communication

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in the project life cycle.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.

Timely Delivery

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.
• Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.
