Job summary

Truww is seeking a Principal Designer for our Sarjapur Road Experience Center in Bengaluru to design mid to high segment residential projects, deliver pre-design demonstrations, and provide design options aligned with budget and timelines.

You will create 3D renders, manage multiple projects, and ensure exceptional client experience through materials knowledge, ergonomic design, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of residential designing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in modular industry.
• Proficient in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape.
• Clear understanding of capturing the client’s space requirements.
• Strong knowledge of materials/ finishes and ergonomics.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options.
• Provide quotations to customers using our software.
• Work on multiple projects ensuring you meet customer's expectations in terms of budget & design aesthetics.
• Adhere to company policies that ensure smooth customer experience.
• Prepare and share 3D Designs and renders with clients, working along with 3D Modeler

• Provide pre-design services like demonstration of finishes and design options.
• Provide quotations to customers using our software.
• Work on multiple projects ensuring you meet customer's expectations in terms of budget & design aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in residential designing
• Min. 3 Years of exp. In modular industry
• Sketchup + Vray/ Enscape
• Clear understanding of capturing the client’s expectations from the space
• Client handling is a must-have requirement
