Job summary

Omam Consultants is seeking a focused recruitment professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level roles across diverse industries, with a preference for Non-IT verticals.

You will manage client relationships, drive business development, and operate as an Independent Contributor with ownership of recruitment deliverables. MBA/PGDM candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across diverse industries, preferably within the Non-IT vertical. Responsible for client management and business development.

Handle recruitment for senior level mandates across industries such as:

• Manufacturing


• Cement


• Steel


• Power


• Real Estate


• Automotive


• Engineering


• FMCG


• FMCD, etc

Work as an Individual Contributor (IC) with ownership of recruitment deliverables.

Take responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with an MBA/PGDM preferred.

Relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment,client management and business developemnt particularly for Non-IT leadership and senior-level positions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client-management, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in an Individual Contributor role.
