Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an experienced Architect to lead complex architectural projects from concept to construction. You will provide technical oversight, guide design development, and ensure buildable, compliant documents.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, is a licensed architect, and proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools such as Twinmotion and SketchUp. Strong client liaison skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Architecture (B-Arch) or Master's in Architecture (M-Arch).
• Licensure: Licensed Architect (Council of Architecture, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in architectural design, with proven experience leading complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Visualization tools (like Twin Motion, Photoshop, etc.), SketchUp, MS Office, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architectural projects from concept through construction.

• Project Leadership: Lead complex architectural projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.
• Design & Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, conduct quality control, and oversee the production of design development and construction documents, ensuring code compliance and constructability.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, presenting proposals and managing expectations.
• Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE
