Qualifications

• B.Arch with 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM.

• Solid knowledge of construction practices and statutory regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through execution and final handover, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of architects, designers, and site engineers by assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and monitoring performance.
• Foster collaboration, motivate team members, and ensure effective coordination across departments to achieve project objectives.
• Develop, review, and approve architectural designs, drawings, layouts, specifications, and construction documentation in line with client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables while identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ensure all projects comply with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, and environmental standards.
• Review material specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and technical proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness and project feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative design solutions, and sustainable construction methods to enhance project quality and client satisfaction.
