• Handle rate negotiations with vendors/carriers to optimize profitability.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and assist in quote-to-booking conversion.
• Update CRM and internal systems with pricing, follow-up status, and client feedback.
• Prepare cost sheets, margin analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
