Job summary

GatiHire in Delhi is seeking an experienced Air & Sea Export Pricing Executive to join our international logistics team. You will prepare competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and coordinate with global partners for optimal pricing on air, ocean, and multimodal shipments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in international logistics, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to analyze carrier rates and market trends to deliver cost-effective solutions. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in International Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, LCL, and export pricing.
• Experience in freight quotation preparation and rate procurement.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Air & Sea Export shipments.
• Handle pricing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, LCL, and multimodal shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors to obtain the best freight rates.
• Negotiate freight charges while ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
• Analyse market trends, carrier rates, and customer requirements to provide cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support customer enquiries and business development.
• Maintain updated freight tariffs, carrier contracts, and pricing records.
• Ensure timely response to RFQs and customer pricing requests.
