Job summary

Home Bazaar Services is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Female) for Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on driving the sales process from lead generation to close, including outbound calls, walk-ins, and presentations for residential projects.

You will use SFDC CRM to manage the pipeline, coordinate with other teams, and build strong client relationships while aiming to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in real estate sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process from plan to close and hit targets.
• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, follow up on leads.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Walk-in sales of residential projects with presentations.
• Answer questions and send information by email.
• Build, manage, and report on sales pipeline using SFDC CRM.
• Coordinate sales efforts with other departments.
• Maintain weekly sales and productivity records and report weekly performance.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop channel partners network and promote sales.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand customer base.
• Coordinate with sales team for site visits and ensure lead conversion.
• Direct activities to achieve walk-ins numbers, targets, and goals.

Job Role

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• walk-in sales of residential projects, explain and show the projects to Customers by giving presentations.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build-up using SFDC CRM.
• Coordinate sales efforts with other involved departmental teams.
• Maintain weekly sales and productivity records & presented weekly performance against sales targets in weekly meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop Channel Partners network, and maintain relationships with them to promote sales.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise (Real Estate).
• Coordination with the sales team for all the projects and monitoring them with clients about the site visit to ensure maximum lead conversion.
• Directing all activities required to achieve walk-ins numbers to the site, targets, and goals.
