Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify customer requirements, architect solutions, and provide high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs as part of bid management.
2. Coordinate with various functional groups to gather information for proposals, ensuring consistency and completeness.
3. Map relevant sections in Bid/RFPs with support from different groups.
4. Collaborate with multiple teams to align with customer requirements and create winning responses.
5. Support sales teams in workshops and client presentations through effective coordination.
6. Engage with suppliers/vendors for new product/service offerings.
7. Manage the documentation repository, ensuring all documents are completed and stored properly for future use.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Network Architecture – Understanding of Networks, Internet, MPLS, VPN, Cloud Connectivity
• Contact Centre Technology & Infrastructure – Omnichannel Solutions, Voice, IVR, Chat, Bots
• IT Security
