Job summary

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking an experienced Presales/Solutions professional in India to analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and craft compelling responses. You will work with Sales, Technology and Solution teams to design SaaS-based proposals, address customer challenges, and deliver polished documentation and presentations.

The role requires 2–4 years in presales, a CS/IT degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. MS Office proficiency is essential; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Presales or Solutions roles.
• Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in CS or IT.
• Strong understanding of technology products, SaaS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and qualify RFP, RFQ, and RFI requirements.
• Prepare solution responses and sales proposals based on customer use cases.
• Understand customer challenges and participate in client calls with the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Technology and Solution teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Review RFP scope, identify potential risks, and ensure requirements are addressed.
• Prepare technical, legal, compliance, and other proposal documentation.
• Manage multiple opportunities and meet tight deadlines.
• Support competitive positioning of products and solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and maintain attention to detail.
