PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Oversees all aspects of project
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Familiar to do the infra setup from the scratch
• Having exposure with IT projects planning, organizing, implementation and deployment
• Need to manage computer networks, servers, and entire infrastructure
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Plans, directs, and coordinates new client launches as the interface for IT team
• Plans, directs, and coordinates new facility start-ups
• Plans, directs, and coordinates requirements gathering in support of business objectives
• Plans, directs, and coordinates the breakdown, relocation, and setup of facility for site relocations, site upgrades, and new location builds.
• Understanding of Servers, Storage, SFTP and Data center set up.
• Understanding of DHCP, VLAN, Zscaler, Firewall, and Aspect/Genesys platform
