Job summary

HCLTech in Noida is seeking a capable deals lead to own the integrated deals end-to-end—from requirement gathering to SOW, solutioning, and proactive motions.

You will run the sales process from start to finish, own solutioning for the BPO portion of deals, drive proactive proposals, support customer visits and orals, and ensure compliant, high-quality proposal artifacts.

• Owns the integrated deals end-to-end from requirement to SOW - solutioning, proposals, proactive motions and customer visits.
• Run the sales process end-to-end - requirement gathering to solution to SOW
• Own solutioning for BPO part of deals.
• Drive proactive proposals and motions into accounts
• Support customer visits, workshops and orals
• Execute content, research, and solution support
• Compliance: one embedded member owns RFP compliance and pass/fail review
• Build proposals and customer-facing artifacts to the quality bar
