Job summary

Interlace India Private Limited, Siruseri, Chennai, seeks a Presales Networking and Security/Server and Storage Expert to join our team in New Delhi. You will translate client requirements into robust server/storage solutions and present them during presales engagements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in presales within IT, strong communication, and the ability to deliver proofs of concept while coordinating with sales and OEM partners. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry.
• Certifications e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Dell EMC Proven Professional are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Align with the Sales team and attend client meetings to determine requirements based on technical and business needs.
• Study RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to prepare technical and commercial bids.
• Propose the right solution based on customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver technical solutions professionally and within committed timelines.
• Create and present technical proposals internally and externally.
• Build relationships internally and with OEM partners to understand their solutions.
• Understand business requirements and risks for the organization and customer.
• Collaborate on techno-commercial proposals with budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
• Demonstrate proof of concepts for proposed solutions.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Networking and Security/Server and Storage Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing server and storage solutions, and presenting these solutions to potential clients during the presales process. The individual should possess in-depth technical knowledge of server and storage technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful presales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationship internally and externally and also develop team work by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
• Build relationship with the OEM partners and understand their solution before convert it in to the solution.
• to understand the business requirement and risk factors involved to the organization and customer.
• Adhere to the company quality policy and business process.
• to work on techno commercial proposals in association with budget, technical requirements and deliverables.
• Interact with the project team to articulating the customer requirement to ensure the smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Ability to deliver the proof of concepts for the proposed solution.
• Willingness to travel outside frequently.
