Job summary

KD in Pune is seeking a confident, energetic Pre-Sales Executive to join our Marketing Department. The role focuses on lead management, calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, site-visit generation and coordination with the Sales/Closing Team.

The candidate will also participate in outdoor marketing activities such as society activations, mall events, exhibitions and roadshows, and will maintain CRM/MIS records with regular reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years in Pre-Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our Marketing Department.

The candidate will be responsible for lead management, calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, site-visit generation and coordination with the Sales/Closing Team.

The role will also involve participation and coordination in outdoor marketing activities such as society activations, mall activities, exhibitions, roadshows and other lead-generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads from digital campaigns, property portals, references, databases and outdoor marketing activities.
• Make inbound/outbound calls and understand customer requirements.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location preference and purchase intent.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
• Generate and coordinate site visits with the Sales/Closing Team.
• Coordinate with Sales regarding lead and site-visit status.
• Participate in society activities, mall activities, exhibitions, roadshows and other marketing initiatives.
• Generate and follow up on leads received through outdoor activities.
• Maintain CRM/MIS records and submit regular reports.
• Achieve assigned calling, qualified lead, site-visit and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Real Estate, Marketing or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with calling as well as outdoor marketing activities.
• Good coordination and teamwork skills.
• Basic CRM/computer knowledge.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales-oriented attitude may also be considered.
