Job summary

Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Call prospects from campaigns to pitch Tekton Infra projects.
• Lead Qualification: Assess buyer requirements (budget, location, timeline) and qualify genuine prospects.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book site visits for Sales Managers / Client Acquisition Managers.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
• Follow-up & Nurturing: Continue engaging leads to keep Tekton Infra top-of-mind.

Job Title : Presales Executive / Telecaller

Position Overview

Tekton Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic Presales Executives / Telecallers to manage inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential property buyers, assessing their needs and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Call prospects from digital campaigns, walk-ins, print media, and database leads to pitch Tekton Infra projects.
• Lead Qualification: Assess buyer requirements (budget, location, timeline, unit configuration) and qualify genuine prospects.
• Appointment Scheduling: Book verified site visits and client appointments for Sales Managers / Client Acquisition Managers.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date call logs, follow-up schedules, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow-up & Nurturing: Consistently follow up with uncommitted leads to keep Tekton Infra top-of-mind.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in presales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate client desk roles.
• Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive telephone communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and lead management tools.
• Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any field.
• Languages: Strong command of Malayalam and English.
