Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call every new inbound lead promptly and explain the project details.
• Verify and qualify leads: budget, purpose, location preference, timeline and decision-maker.
• Book site visits and Zoom/Google Meet calls for the sales team.
• Follow up persistently through calls and WhatsApp; don’t give up after a couple of unanswered calls.
• Send project brochures, location details and reminders on WhatsApp.
• Re-engage older leads that went cold.
• Log every call, status and next step in the CRM.
• Share a daily report of calls made, leads qualified and visits booked.

The role
