Majestique Properties Ltd invites a proactive Pre-Sales Executive for Pune location (Kalyani Nagar). You will handle high-volume calls, qualify leads, and align customer requirements with available real estate options.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
• Candidates from real estate, BFSI, automobile, education, hospitality or other inside-sales backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify incoming real estate leads.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
• Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Generate and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain lead records and follow up systematically.
• Work towards site-visit and sales-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth lead handover.

• 1-5 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, inside sales, real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role
