Job summary

You will engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, qualifying buyers and coordinating site visits with the Sales team to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on presales experience in real estate is desirable.
• Comfort handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Experience with Channel Partner (CP) firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate enquiries.
• Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and identify potential buyers.
• Generate and schedule property site visits.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain interest and conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales Team for site visits, handovers, follow-ups and closures.
• Maintain lead details, call records, follow-ups in CRM / Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, site visits and follow-ups.
• Provide customers with information on projects, pricing, configurations and offers.
• Maintain a proper database of prospects and timely follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities as required.

• Generate and schedule property site visits.
• Follow up regularly with leads to maintain customer interest and improve conversions.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits, lead handovers, follow-ups, and closures.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-up status, and customer feedback in CRM / Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, qualified leads, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding projects, pricing, configurations, and offers.
• Maintain a proper database of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities as required.
