Job summary

Humancapital is seeking an accomplished Pre-Sales Consultant to lead strategic bid pursuits and solutioning in the digital banking domain. The role requires strong proposal management, client engagement, and deep domain knowledge to shape compelling solutions aligned with global best practices and local regulations.

You will own end-to-end bid responses, articulate requirements, collaborate with product SMEs, localize best practices to meet regulatory needs, and support evaluations with demos

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of formal education required.
• 5–10 years total experience with 3+ years in pre-sales/functional consulting in banking or digital banking.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 digital banking implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of bid pursuits including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and proactive proposals.
• Understand and articulate functional, technical, security, and infrastructure requirements for digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with product SMEs to design and position solutions, proposals, and value propositions.
• Localize global best practices to meet country-specific regulatory and compliance needs.
• Stay current on product features, releases, roadmaps, and banking market trends across geographies.
• Support client evaluations through demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.

• Process-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with BPMN workflows, cloud services, and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
