Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Presales Consultant in the Core Banking domain to lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, solutioning and bid defense. You will define target architectures, craft differentiated value propositions and deliver engaging customer demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in modern banking architectures, cloud-native approaches and executive-level stakeholder communication to drive global growth.

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, proposal development and bid defense for opportunities.
• Analyze customer requirements, assess solution fitment and define target architecture.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos and PoCs aligned to banking priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Architecture and Delivery teams to shape deals and win strategies.
• Articulate value of modern banking platforms and support global growth through thought leadership.

Desired Experience Range: 15 Years to 20 Years

Location of Requirement: Thane - Mumbai

Required Technical Skill Set

• Have strong knowhow of Core Banking Presales
• Good level of exposure in RFP/RFI Management.
• Managed solutioning and Proposal Development.
• Experience in requirement Analysis and Solution Fitment.
• Knowledge of Modern Banking Architecture.
• Good understanding of Cloud-Native, API-First and Microservices-Based Platforms.
• Should have led Product Demonstrations, PoCs and Bid Defense

Desired Competencies

Must-Have

• 18+ years of banking industry and presales experience, with strong core banking and digital transformation expertise.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, proposals, customer presentations, product demonstrations, PoCs and bid defense.
• Strong requirement analysis, solution fitment, architecture definition and value proposition creation skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-native, API-first and microservices-based modern banking architectures.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and executive-level customer communication.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Core Banking Solutions and transformation programs; deal-shaping and win-strategy development; global banking customer engagements; thought leadership; and coordination across Sales, Product Management, Architecture and Delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibility

1. Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solutioning and bid defense for TCS opportunities.
2. Analyze customer requirements, assess solution fitment, define the target architecture and create a differentiated value proposition.
3. Deliver compelling customer presentations, product demonstrations and proofs of concept aligned to banking transformation priorities.
4. Partner with Sales, Product Management, Architecture and Delivery teams to shape deals and develop winning strategies.
5. Articulate the value of cloud-native, API-first and microservices-based banking platforms, while supporting global growth through customer engagement and thought leadership.
