Presales Consultant is responsible for providing pre‑sales consulting services to prospective customers / channel partners. The role holder recommends appropriate technical solutions for prospects based on their requirements and specifications. Providing technical support to Business and sales group, designing and delivering technical training programs to customers / channel partners is critical to the role.

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering with CS/IT preferred)
• Experience of around 2 to 5 years as a pre‑sales consultant
• Up‑to‑date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Must have experience in troubleshooting and technical support
• Good communication skills and customer focus required
• Should be able to design and deliver technical training programs

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical pre‑sales consulting for prospective customers/Channel partners for concerned products/business
2. Drive partner enablement and training programs for concerned products/business
3. Provide technical support and training to Business group, Inside Sales Team and Sales team as required
4. Provide post‑sales support to customers / channel partners for concerned products/business
